Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ensure all components, hardware, and original manuals are included in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked service to our central warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
